Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • Must be at least 23 years of age at time of application.
  • Must have at least 6 months current/recent verificable Long-Haul OTR experience with truck-load carrier, pulling 48-53′ dry vans. Regional or local experience does not count.
  • Must have a good driving record. No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 3 years. No careless or reckless driving violations. No excessive speeding violations.
  • No failures or refusals to take substance or alcohol tests.
  • Must pass D.O.T. physical and pre-employment drug screen at our company doctor.
  • Must have license in the state of residence. Hazmat endoresement is not required.
  • Must provide documents that establish identity and employment eligibility as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act. List of required documents on the back of application.

Pay Scale – Solo

SOLO (HHG) —————–$0.42 starting pay.
SOLO (HHG) —————–$0.44 at 1 year anniversary.
SOLO (HHG) —————–$0.45 at 2 year anniversary.
SOLO (HHG) —————–$0.46 at 3 year anniversary.
SOLO (HHG) —————–$0.47 at 4 year anniversary.
SOLO (HHG) —————–$0.48 at 5 year anniversary.

Company Driver Benefits

Holiday Pay

Paid 6 standard holidays @ $80 per day, Eligible after 60 days.

Average time out is 10-14 days (1 DAY OFF FOR EACH 7 DAYS OUT). Assigned Equipment. No slip-seating. Our company trucks are the finest on the road! Our drivers enjoy assigned late model Peterbilt Conventional’s, Kenworth’s, and Volvo’s with 63″ Unibilt Sleepers pulling 53′ dry vans.

  • Base Pay for all miles is now at $1.05CPM plus fuel surcharge $0.05CPM for all Hazmat miles, with a minimum of $25.00 up to 500 miles. Empty/Loaded miles pay the same!
  • No forced dispatch! Most loads are no-touch, drop-n-hook!
  • Teams $0.95CPM plus fuel surcharge.
  • All tolls, scales paid with receipts turned in.
  • All permits paid by Transcarriers.
  • We provide you both COMDATA and EFS fuel cards.
